Contract Manufacturing is the process of making a product under a customer's unique specifications. The customer might already have a formula for the product, or the project could be starting from just an idea and needs to go through a development phase.Â
I don't have a formula. Can you still help me?
Absolutely! Most of our customers don't have a formula to begin with, but we can still help. We have plenty of formulas to get your project started, and we can even create one just from you. You can bring us an idea, a product you like, or just a list of ingredients, and that's enough to get started.Â
I have my own formula. Can you still help me?
Absolutely! You have an excellent head start. After signing an NDA, we can start working on creating samples from your formula. If you want, we can also work on improving it, or on reducing the cost.Â
How do I place a private label order?

What is included in the private label price?
Our private label pricing includes the formula, packaging, and labels (design and print). There are no hidden fees or extra charges.
Can I order samples of your products?
Absolutely! We provide the option to try samples of our products before making a purchase. You can conveniently order these samples directly from our website. Samples are typically provided in vials or alternative sample packaging. Please note that samples are not available for private labeling.
Can I order unlabeled products?
Yes, you can order unlabeled products from BeautyFaktory. However, you will need to sign a legal release form stating that you understand that the product is not labeled and that you assume all responsibility for any adverse reactions or other issues that may arise from using the product. This is an important step to protect yourself and your business from any potential liability.
Can I supply my own packaging?
Yes, you can supply your own packaging for orders with 250+ units per product, and we will fill it for you. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the details and requirements.
Can I request a custom formula?
Yes, we specialize in custom formulations that meet your specific needs and preferences. How long does it take to process my order?
 The processing time for private label orders is typically around 2 weeks, excluding weekends. However, larger orders may require additional time for production. The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Can you design and print the labels for me?
Yes, simply provide us with your artwork files. If you need design services, BeautyFaktory has an in-house designer who will design your labels. Once designs are finalized, we will send you a mockup of the labels for your approval before printing them.
Do you offer dropshipping services?
No, we do not offer dropshipping services at this time. You will need to handle the shipping and delivery of your products to your customers.Â
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months, depending on the type of product. Fresh batches are made constantly, ensuring that they reach you with their full shelf life intact.
Do I need experience to start my own beauty line?
No, you don’t need any experience or knowledge to start your own skincare line with us. We are here to guide you through the process and provide you with high-quality products that meet your needs and expectations. Whether you are an industry expert or a newcomer, we will help you bring your skincare vision to life.
Do you have a minimum order?
For labeled products, we have a minimum order quantity of 100 units per product for private label orders, depending on the unit size. This applies regular-sized products. Contact us for bulk sized pricing.Â
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on your location and the weight of your order. You can find the shipping cost directly on our website when you add products to your cart. If the shipping cost is too high for your international order, we can try to look for other shipping companies to find the best price for you.

Do you offer products with SPF?
 No! We do not offer products with SPF at this time, nor do we offer other products with Over the Counter drug ingredients.Â
I don't want my product to have parabens (or phtalates, or synthetic fragrances, or other controversial ingredients). Can you still help me?
Then we don't need to use them in your product. There are many other alternatives, including natural and non-toxic ingredients.Â
Can I export these products?
You can definitely export the products we make. We can help you obtain the necessary documents that you will need to properly register the products with the local health authorities.Â
Do you sell packaging on its own?
No, we do not sell packaging components separately. They are only available as part of a complete private label order.
How can I find the prices for your products?

Can I change the names of the products?

What are your return and refund policies?
Since we are working with customized products, we do not offer refunds due to a change of mind. That is why we recommend ordering samples to make sure you like the products. In the unlikely case of faulty products we will replace your items. Â
What if I don't receive an email after placing my order?
